Images: All images represent our products to the best of our ability within the limits of the Internet and Computer Graphic settings. We will gladly send our customers fabric swatches to preview colors and designs. These are available for most of our products. Email us your mailing address and which designs you would like to see.
Return Policy: Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the item(s) you purchased, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. If we are unable to resolve the issue, you may return the item in its original condition.unused A 10% restocking fee will be applied.
Non Returnable: Special/Custom Cut to made orders,cut yardage and trims.Sheets cannot be returned if they have been opened. Custom made bedspreads are not returnable as well as all Bridal Satin products.All returns must be unused and in original condition and packaging.*Any item that has been used or washed will be returned to the customer at their expense.Products that are exposed to cigarette smoke are non returnable
Return Instructions: Email us at info@americanbedlinens.com with your order number to request a Return Authorization number. Request for return should be made within 7 days of customer receiving an order. Orders need to be returned within 2 weeks of receipt of the goods. After receipt of an authorization number, write your name and Authorization number clearly on the outside of the package and enclose a copy of your invoice. Indicate clearly what you are returning. Returns received without proper authorization will not be accepted.
Credits will be issued within 15 working days after the return package has been received and inspected. A full credit will be passed less the cost of our shipping and handling. Please return in original packaging as returns which have to be repackaged are subject to a 10% repackaging fee. All orders will incurr a 10% restocking fee.
Returning orders
Should be sent by FedEx UPS or a Carrier prepaid with tracking facilities so that you can track the package if necessary.
Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel an order please contact us at info@americanbedlinens.com 48 hours of placing your order to allow the manufacturers an opportunity to cancel the order before it is cut. All cut- to-made orders that are cancelled after 48 hrs can be subject to a 10% cancellation charge.
